"Our sprinkler system failed and we contacted Symons to come out and repair the system. They were on time, very professional and talked through what was needed. More importantly they help me understand the system and showed me how to perform regular preventative maintenance. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend this company!"

"I had a terrible fire sprinkler leak in my garage. It was literally dripping down my walls! I called Symons Fire Protection and spoke with John and he was able to arrange for a technician to come out within an hour due to the urgency. He was so nice and courteous on the phone! Florencio came out to fix the leak. He was so knowledgeable and explained to me exactly what was going on. He promptly fixed the leak and even took videos to show me where the leak was. I am super grateful that they were able to fix my leak so quickly. Their prices were also very reasonable. Thank goodness for such a wonderful team!"

"This company is fantastic! They know what they are doing. We have a modern house with no attic and they were able to install the sprinklers, so they actually look nice and don't stand out. Also they were competitively priced and extremely professional, especially John Acevedo. He is an excellent communicator and went above and beyond looking out for our animals and being patient with all the activity at our house. I would highly recommend this company for your fire sprinkler needs."

Without question, Symons had the very best communications, were upfront about pricing - which was reasonably in the middle of all bids received (not the cheapest, not the most expensive), were prompt in working with us to schedule the fire inspections in a timely fashion and flexible with us. They came on time and did the work thoroughly, providing subsequent reports and repairs for a reasonable price. Look no further for your fire protection needs!
