"I had a terrible fire sprinkler leak in my garage. It was literally dripping down my walls! I called Symons Fire Protection and spoke with John and he was able to arrange for a technician to come out within an hour due to the urgency. He was so nice and courteous on the phone! Florencio came out to fix the leak. He was so knowledgeable and explained to me exactly what was going on. He promptly fixed the leak and even took videos to show me where the leak was. "Symons response time could not have been better. Contact over the phone was near immediate, and a technician was in my home within about 45 minutes to examine water dripping slowly from a fire sprinkler. After checking out the ceiling sprinkler and surrounding pipe, he was fairly convinced the leak was from something unrelated to the sprinkler piping but continued his investigation until finding the source. He then went up into the attic and found a pinhole leak in one of my plumbing pipes about 4 feet from the sprinkler where the water was dripping from. The water from the leak was streaming down some plastic where its low point was at the sprinkler. He did what he could to temporarily redirect the leak for collection to avoid further damage (above and beyond his call of duty) until the plumber arrived to fix the pipe. Top notch service and thorough. Thank you."
